Welcome to Freethought Outreach of St. Louis, or FOSTL (pronounced 'fossil')
 Please visit our growing | I've started this site to reinforce the idea that not only is it okay not to believe, it's even okay not to believe in the St. Louis area! I've further started this site as a resource to link all the area resources for freethought. Having attended the St. Louis Atheist Meetup group event last evening, I'm reinvigorated to pursue this goal. Let me simply state. The freethought community in St. Louis is made up of unique, kind, fascinating and highly intelligent and motivated, if not most certainly and sadly stifled people. It's always a pleasure to meet on so many levels it's difficult to put into words. Here are a number or resources to look into if you live in or near the area: St. Louis Atheist Meetup I'll work to make this site both an introduction to freethought worldviews and how to live, work and exist in our current worldview that is far from accepting. If you're interested, I'd highly suggest your visiting one of the above links, finding an attending an upcoming event. I think you'll be pleasantly surprised. It's like a breath of fresh air.
